So, Thing Two had her grade 8 graduation last Thursday night. Grade 8 grad was NOT like this when I was there. Oh well. They got dressed up, and had a dance afterward. And they all looked like 21 year olds!



She had her hair and makeup done at the salon where my sister works.



They all walked in (all 107 of them) and through an arbour. It was nice.



There was time for pics afterwards. And she totally worked the attitude for them.







Finally, her TWO dates showed up (her best friends) for the dance and a group of giggling 14 year old girls descended upon them.




Yep, that's my baby. All growed up.

It just "worked" for Eldest -- I was pleased because a lot of the other dresses were much, much, MUCH more expensive for something she insists she can't wear too often because it's so special. *headdesk*

FB is scary, yeah. But I have to maintain a presence there. And I'm on Twitter, too.
